He is uniquely specialized in facial rejuvenation surgery, rhinoplasty, and pediatric plastic surgery. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Cerrati served as an Assistant Professor and the Director of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of Utah. During that time, he proudly served as the official facial plastic surgeon to the Utah Jazz, U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association, U.S. Speedskating, U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation, and the International Olympic and Paralympic Medical Committees. He is considered to be a top facial plastic surgeon in the Mountain West region. Dr. Cerrati is a surgeon, educator, and author of scientific papers covering several facial plastic surgery topics. He is known for his natural results and rapid recovery in facial rejuvenation surgery and rhinoplasty.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Dr. Cerrati received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in his native South Carolina. His post-doctoral training included a 5-year surgical residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at New York University, one of the nation’s top programs. He was chosen to serve as the chief resident during his final year. In New York City, he worked with some of the most prominent facial plastic surgeons in the world, including his primary mentor Dr. David Rosenberg, who is an internationally renowned deep plane facelift pioneer. Dr. Cerrati also spent a significant amount of time working with Dr. Milton Waner, the founder of the Vascular Birthmark Institute of New York and internationally known for his complex surgical and laser pediatric care. This experience provided Dr. Cerrati with unique training in pediatric facial plastic surgery and laser surgery addressing the rarest congenital vascular anomalies. Following residency, Dr. Cerrati completed one of the most prestigious fellowships in the country at the Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Chicago, under the guidance of Dr. Regan Thomas, Dr. Dean Toriumi, and Dr. Steven Dayan. The program is one of only 46 fellowships in the country sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). This fellowship offered the most well-rounded training from experts in rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, and non-surgical treatments.

Dr. Cerrati and his entire staff have created a unique, upbeat and healing environment to explore any facial plastic work you may be considering. I literally can't say enough. I was actually very nervous about this kind of work and super pain averse and just had a facelift, upper and lower bleph and neck work. Dr. Cerrati is so calm and doesn't pressure you at all. He is a master surgeon and the most meticulous. His heart and kindness shine through and he cares very much about his patients - even giving me his own personal mobile number for any questions or concerns post surgery. I was terrified to try this and Dr. Cerrati and his staff made me feel comfortable trusting in their care and expertise. He is a world class professional and there is no one else I would recommend you visit for facial plastic and med spa services. I am now one month post surgery and very excited about the results. Don't hesitate to book an informational visit with Dr. Cerrati and his team. They are lovely and I promise, you won't regret it! PS. I would give 10 stars instead of 5! :)

Jenn A.

The Best Surgeon in Utah and top 3 in the US. Doctor Cerrati and his team are amazing. I was blown away with each on of his staff. Amy is so kind and helpful. Maddy who is upbeat and always helped me with the next steps in my surgery and injections. Haley who walked me through the entire process beginning to end and made she I was taken care of always. Maria the sweetheart nurse with immense knowledge and calm confidence always made me feel so safe. I have no idea how you get the best team and surgeon in one office but…wow. I am so impressed with my results and love each of them for making this experience amazing. The results speak for themselves. Dr. Cerrati is a true artist. He and his team have changed my life!

Jessica L.

I have never been happier. Dr Cerrati was so kind and thoughtful in his consultation and made me feel 100% confident in my choice. The surgery and recovery were so easy. I felt great and had minimal bruising and swelling. The results are super natural and I can’t stop smiling. His staff were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and stress free. I highly recommend him.

Amber S.

I cannot recommend Dr. Cerrati highly enough for the exceptional work he did on my brow lift and rhinoplasty. His talent and skill are truly remarkable, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The entire process was seamless—I experienced no pain or bruising, and my recovery was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Dr. Cerrati and his staff are the epitome of professionalism, providing five-star care that made me feel confident and supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a top-tier surgeon and team, Dr. Cerrati is the cream of the crop! Love Haley and the all the ladies, when you walk into their Beautiful, clean office everyone has bright smiles, and a fabulous energy that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Best experience!

Molly F.

I just want to say I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cerrati! He is the kindest doctor I’ve ever had. He is also the most talented doctor I’ve ever known. I am still in awe of the work he did on me. I see a lot of people everyday in my line of work, and not a day goes by that I don’t have at least 5-6 people asking me what I have done to my face and how do I look so much younger. I am extremely happy with Dr. Cerrati’s work on me. I have women in my office that go to what they claim are “the best” plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills and pay up to $150,000 for a facelift. Not only do my results surpass the quality of these “top” Beverly Hill surgeons, Dr. Cerrati exceeded my expectations. To say I am very happy with his work is an understatement. Everything from the first appointment throughout the entire process has been smooth, comfortable and surprisingly easy. It really has all been so seamless - including his office staff. They are all so wonderful and helpful. I would give them all a 5 star rating as well.

Angela B.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Cerrati — truly an incredibly talented, kind, and exceptional surgeon. From start to finish, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and confident in his care. His skill and expertise are unmatched — a true 5-star experience. His entire staff is equally amazing — professional, compassionate, and top-notch in every way. Always greated with beautiful warm smiles! They made every step of the process incredibly easy, providing warm, personalized attention and creating a smooth, stress-free experience. If you are looking for the very best and i mean the absolute best — someone who is not only extraordinarily competent and skilled but also caring and genuine — look no further. Dr. Cerrati and his entire team are simply outstanding.
