Dr. Eric Cerrati is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and is an expert in aesthetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery. Dr. Cerrati is an Assistant Professor and Director of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. His practice offers the full range of facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including an array of non-surgical options as well as pediatric reconstructive plastic surgery. The staff is committed to creating a comfortable and effortless transition during your visits, as well as graceful aging, rapid recovery and positive results.
Dr. Cerrati now serves as an assistant professor and director of the Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Utah. He is board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
As a sports enthusiast, Dr. Cerrati is proud to be the official facial plastic surgeon to the Utah Jazz, U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association, U.S. Speedskating, U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation, and the International Olympic and Paralympic Medical Committees.

In addition to his thriving practice with locations in both Salt Lake City and South Jordan, while also serving Park City, Utah, Dr. Cerrati now serves as an assistant professor and director of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Utah. He enjoys hospital privileges at the University of Utah Hospital, Huntsman Cancer Center, Primary Children’s Hospital and Intermountain LDS Hospital.
As an acknowledged and highly credentialed leader in the field of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Cerrati speaks at national and international meetings and contributes to medical literature through articles in notable medical journals and textbooks.
Dr. Cerrati is committed to providing medical and surgical care in underserved countries. He has traveled to Haiti, Guatemala and the Philippines performing cleft lip and palate surgery for children who otherwise would not receive proper care. His work in this area is life-changing for his patients and their families. The volunteer work is supported by Medical Missions for Children. Due to his involvement, Dr. Cerrati now sits on the FACE-TO-FACE committee through the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
